What type of contract is this?

This is a companny let contract between yourself and our company.

Who is living in my property?

We allow our professional clients to reside in the properties, often people travelling for work and business.

Will my property be kept clean?

We have relationships with cleaning companies to complete regular cleaning within the properties and check list. The standard of your property must be kept high, and this is one of the key ways we achieve this.

Do you have insurance?

Yes- we have our own company insurance to protect ourselves and our clients.

How long have you been in business?

Coswood Properties Ltd was established on December 2019, and have been involved with property since 2016.

Every deal we do is a little bit different- there is no cookie cutter template. The contract terms depend on the specific property, and the needs of the home owner.

However, we ALWAYS offer a fixed rent over a long term.

We also discuss:

○ Maintenence; we usually offer to cover all general maintenence on the property

○ Term length; usually this is between three and five years
